Job Description:

Shine.com is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of work experience, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various marketing channels to fuel the growth of Shine.com's user base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence, attract new users, and optimize user Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, and design to ensure alignment on marketing led growth initiatives.

- Collaborate with the product team to optimize user funnels, enhance user experience, and increase conversion rates.

- Analyze and optimize the performance of various marketing channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive maximum ROI

- Conduct market research, analyze user insights, and leverage data-driven approaches to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing performance.

- Manage a team of growth marketers and provide mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their goals

- Manage both B2B & B2C marketing for Shine.

- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, creative development, targeting, and performance tracking

- Implement A/B testing and other optimization tactics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for ongoing optimization.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience

- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to key Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Tier 1 or B. Tech from Tier 1 colleges)

- 6 to 8 years of proven experience in Marketing with a focus on user acquisition and retention (Working with Founders will be a plus)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation in marketing strategies.

- Experience with agile methodologies and growth hacking techniques is a plus.
