If you are passionate about driving real innovation and building the future of AI applications, we encourage you to apply.Key Details :Detail SpecificationRole : Generative AI SpecialistExperience : 9 to 12 YearsLocations : Pune, Mumbai, Chennai- Notice PeriodImmediate Joiner Only (Candidates with a maximum of a 15-day notice period may also be considered)- Hiring EventVirtual Hiring Drive- Interview SlotsTo be shared by FridayCore Responsibilities :- Gen AI Solution Development: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Generative AI applications using cutting-edge models (LLMs) and frameworks.- Prompt Engineering & Orchestration: Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and utilize AI orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel to create complex, multi-step AI workflows.- RAG Implementation: Design and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, integrating LLMs with proprietary data sources to enhance model accuracy and relevance.- Vector Database Management: Work hands-on with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for efficient storage, indexing, and retrieval of vector embeddings.- MLOps & Deployment: Work with MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Gen AI solutions into production environments.- API Integration: Integrate and leverage services from OpenAI APIs and other foundation model providers to build scalable enterprise solutions.- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily in Python, adhering to software development best practices.- Research & Evaluation: Stay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, Gen AI, and related technologies, and evaluate their applicability to business problems.Mandatory Technical Skills :- Generative AI / LLMs: Deep practical experience with Generative AI models, understanding their architecture, limitations, and use cases.- Python: Expert-level proficiency in Python for machine learning, data processing, and building scalable applications.- AI Orchestration Frameworks: Hands-on expertise with at least one major AI orchestration framework: LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.- RAG System Development: Proven experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.- OpenAI APIs: Experience integrating and optimizing solutions utilizing OpenAI APIs (or APIs from similar large model providers like Claude, Cohere).- Vector Databases: Practical working knowledge of Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.Logistics and Travel Requirements :- Onsite Onboarding: Candidates will need to be onsite (ODC) for the first week to complete necessary administrative processes, including collecting the EY laptop and required setup.- Return to Base: After the initial week, the employee can return to their base location (Pune, Mumbai, or Chennai).- Bi-Monthly Travel: Bi-monthly travel to the base location for one week is required for team meetings, collaboration, and project reviews.
