Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TIBCO Spotfire Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. This role is crucial for transforming complex business data into clear, interactive, and compelling visual analytics that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the entire Spotfire development lifecycle, from data connection to final dashboard deployment and optimization.Key Responsibilities : Spotfire Dashboard Development : - Develop dynamic Spotfire dashboards and analytics that accurately meet business requirements and provide actionable insights.- Design, implement, and maintain compelling and user-friendly visualizations, reports, and interactive dashboards using TIBCO Spotfire.Data Integration & Management : - Expertly connect to various data sources using Information Links, data connectors, and manage in-memory data tables within Spotfire for optimal performance.- Utilize data functions and advanced techniques to manipulate, transform, and prepare data within the Spotfire environment.- Apply best practices in Data Modeling principles to structure data effectively for reporting and analysis.Custom Functionality : - Implement advanced and enhanced dashboard functionality using scripting languages, including IronPython and/or JavaScript.Security & Performance : - Implement and manage data-level security, user access controls, and group permissions within the Spotfire environment.- Implement performance optimization techniques for large datasets and complex dashboards to ensure fast load times and a seamless user experience.Collaboration & Support : - Collaborate with data engineers, BI specialists, and IT teams to ensure data quality, availability, and proper infrastructure setup.- Provide documentation, training, and end-user support for the deployed Spotfire reports and solutions.Skills Required : Core BI Tool : Expert-level proficiency with TIBCO Spotfire (Desktop and Server/Cloud).Data Querying : Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis across various database platforms.Scripting : Experience with scripting languages for Spotfire customization, specifically : - IronPython- JavaScriptAnalytics & Dashboarding : Proven track record in visual Analytics design, storytelling with data, and building effective, user-centric Dashboards.Data Concepts : Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and experience with data preparation.Candidate Profile & Logistics : Grade Level : G4Experience : 5?6 Years of dedicated experience in Spotfire development and BI.Locations : Mumbai | Chennai | Pune | Bangalore | Noida | AhmedabadNotice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Preferred (Candidates ready to join quickly will be highly considered).Budget : Commensurate with experience and expertise.
