Marketing Head


- We are seeking a Marketing Head (Sr. Manager/AGM) to join our team and take charge of marketing strategy and execution for our retail and F&B brand. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing and elevating brand presence in both the retail and food and beverage sectors.

- The candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns across channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all touch Brand Strategy and Development:

- Develop and execute a strategic brand plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research to monitor brand performance, identify trends, competitor activities, consumer preferences and opportunities for brand growth in the retail and F&B industry.

- Ensure that all brand communications convey a consistent and compelling message.

Digital and Performance Marketing:

- Lead strategy and execution of all digital marketing activities, including CRM, CLM, Loyalty programmes, performance marketing, aggregator marketing, etc.

Marketing Campaigns - Brand and Digital

- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, both online and offline.

Product Launches:

- Lead the development and execution of successful product launches, coordinating with product development, sales, and marketing teams.

- Develop marketing strategies to maximize the impact of new product introductions.

Budget/P&L Ownership and Management:

- Manage the entire marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives against set Proven experience (minimum 8-10years) in marketing strategy, preferably across multiple domains.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead high performance teams

- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

- Sense of humour, general awareness and understanding of memes and culture

- Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics for performance measurement.
