Senior Network Presales Leader – Enterprise Networks

Profile Requirement:

  • Network RFP/RFI response skills for global engagements along with technical sales and business outcome reasoning.
  • Collaborate with Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace, Cybersecurity Service business units and OEM partners to develop a winning proposal.
  • Customer proposal development and solutioning with cloud, security, AIOps tools to turn enterprise network challenges into opportunities.
  • Demonstrated track record of mapping customer problems to network solutions with automation levers and defending proposed solution in front of executive business decision makers.
  • Engage with broader organizations such as Product Management, Center of Expertise Architects, Bid Management, Sales and Delivery teams to promote, solution and support multi-year services opportunity pipeline.
  • This is a challenging individual contributor role with exposure to latest tools, automation technologies, leading OEM products and services in support of opportunities demanding next generation network technology. Willingness for international travel at short notice.

Technical Requirement:

  • Solid experience with network infrastructure design and managed services with automation technologies.
  • Design, deploy and manage platform knowledge related to Cisco ACI, VMWare NSX, Cisco Nexus series, Aruba wireless and Arista DC offerings.
  • Expertise in design aspects across data center networking, campus LAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, hybrid cloud networking and infrastructure management tools.
  • Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, VMware, HPE Aruba, Infoblox, Riverbed and similar OEMs relevant to enterprise networking.
  • Public cloud networking (AWS/Azure/ GCP) experience with cloud migration approaches.
  • Understanding of latest network automation technologies, observability and AI insights is desirable.
  • Ability to lead proof of concepts and demos based on customer requirements for network involving leading products of OEM partners with HCLTech tools, software and services.
  • Seeking profiles, preferably with 12 years or more of experience with at least 5 years in network presales, solution development and managed services.
