We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to lead our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and drive organic growth for our digital properties. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, conducting in-depth analysis, and optimizing our websites to improve search engine rankings, traffic, and conversions. Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audience segments.

Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market insights to identify opportunities for organic growth.

  1. Technical SEO Optimization:

Audit websites for technical SEO issues and implement solutions to improve crawlability, indexability, and site speed.

Optimize website structure, internal linking, and metadata for search engine visibility and relevance.

  1. On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content for targeted keywords and user intent.

Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.

  1. Content Strategy and Optimization:

Develop content strategies based on keyword research and user intent to drive organic traffic and engagement.

Optimize existing content and create new content assets that align with SEO best practices and business objectives.

  1. Local SEO and Google My Business Optimization:

Optimize local business listings and Google My Business profiles to improve visibility in local search results.

Manage local citations, reviews, and ratings to enhance local SEO performance.

  1. SEO Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  1. SEO Audits and Recommendations:

Conduct regular SEO audits to identify opportunities and issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Provide SEO guidance and support for website redesigns, content updates, and product launches.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

8-10 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), preferably in an agency or in-house marketing environment.

Proven track record of improving organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions for websites across various industries.

Expertise in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and local SEO.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Certifications such as Google Analytics certification, Google Ads certification, or SEO certifications are a plus.
