Job Description

We're seeking a results-driven and passionate SEO Specialist to join our Performance Marketing Team, elevate organic search performance and drive qualified traffic to our vidaXL webshops. Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our target audience.
  • Optimize website content, including category pages, blog posts, and product pages, for target keywords and search intent.
  • Recommend on-page optimizations like URL structuring, and internal linking to improve website crawlability and indexing.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog and Ahrefs.
  • Monitor website performance from Page Speed Insights, identify Technical SEO issues where possible and work closely with the development team to fix the issues, optimize structure and improve search rankings.
  • Perform comprehensive site audits and suggest recommendations for website structure, navigation, and user experience improvements to enhance SEO performance.
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in the SEO strategy.
  • Link Building: Implement effective link-building strategies to build high-quality backlinks and enhance search authority.
  • Analyze link profile reports and find patterns of potential spammy links to update disavow files.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and standard methodologies in SEO to ensure our strategies remain effective and aligned with search engine guidelines.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist.
  • Ability to develop a yearly SEO strategy and coordinate the strategy with other digital marketing departments such as social media or SEA.
  • Proficient working knowledge of various SEO tools: Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, speed monitoring tools.
  • Ability to measure and report data from Google Analytics.
