Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.


Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.


The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.


With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the lead-generation executives to manage, and continuously improve lead generation done, both manually and via APIs.
  • Lead the Sales Development Reps to maximise inflow of jobs in the market.
  • Continuously optimise for TAT so as to ensure a job lands on our placement cell within hours of getting posted online.
  • Continuously optimise for quality of incoming job so as to ensure that the job aligns with the tech stacks our students study and with the capability of our students so as to maximise the number of offers our students get.
  • Train the team to build and nurture relations with corporates so as to minimise the dependency on external jobs and to maximise the number of accounts which we are the primary source of supply for.
  • Work with weaker performers to boost their performance.
  • Take complete ownership of the team, including training, hiring and performance management.
  • Work closely with the Hiring team to ensure processes with sourced accounts are run well enough.


Requirements


  • Demonstrated history in B2B sales, preferably to Human Resources
  • Great data analysis capabilities and a demonstrated experience making data driven decisions, even if the primary decision maker was someone else
  • Good at Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent personal management


Good-to-have skills/experience


  • Experience managing people
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Understanding of tech, at least enough to make conversation

  • Someone with experience working in selling tech products to HRs
  • Someone with experience working in a Series A/B/C start-up
  • Someone with some sort of background in tech
