Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SEO Team Lead at CodeChavo. The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for keyword research, link building, on-page SEO, web analytics, and marketing strategies for our clients. The SEO Team Lead will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of SEO specialists.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to elevate our digital presence and drive the

growth of our brand through strategic SEO and App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives. This pivotal

role involves leading a dedicated team of SEO specialists and content writers, collaborating with key

decision-makers and implementing data-driven strategies to achieve our business objectives,

particularly with the launch of our new website and app.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect the SEO & ASO team with key stakeholders, making sure strategies and results align

with business goals.

2. Develop and execute strategies to boost organic traffic, search rankings and app visibility.

3. Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and make data-driven decisions to improve

strategies.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and new SEO & ASO techniques to leverage new

opportunities.

5. Conduct competitive analysis to compare our SEO & ASO performance with industry peers

and work towards bridging the gap.

6. Lead and manage the SEO & ASO team, assigning tasks and building a productive work

environment.

7. Prioritize tasks within the team for efficiency and timely project delivery.

1. Clear Communication - Ability to explain SEO & ASO concepts in simple terms to non-

technical stakeholders.

2. Extensive knowledge across all areas of SEO & ASO, including technical aspects and app

optimization.

3. Proven ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.

4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions for SEO & ASO success.

  • 5. Previous leadership experience in an SEO & ASO team is an advantage.
