Area Credit Manager :

- To Handle the Team of BCMs/CPAs.

- Underwriting and Decision of Affordable Home loan/loan against property.

- Maintaining TAT as per Management Expectations by supervising team.

- To manage complete geography with team.

- Assessment of borrowers profiles, repayment capacity and income stability and cashflow assessment for unorganized structures.

- Understand and interpret results of financial analysis, banking analysis and bureau reports and Eligibility in line with Policy/Income Programmed.

- Study analysis and interpretation of legal & technical reports of property and should be understanding Legal and technical challenges associated with the Property of the specific geography which is being represented by Him/Her.

- Maintain the right quality of Portfolio & ensure the Delinquency numbers are with in control and maintain right balance between Return vis a vis Risk.

- Draft & Design the local policies to enable the organization for right mix of customers at desired yield.

- Personal Discussion with High Value Customers.
