Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager – Retail Loan Sales is responsible for driving sales of retail loan products, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving business targets. This role involves acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while expanding the reach of retail loan offerings such as personal loans, business loans.

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive sales of personal loans, business loans, auto loans, education loans, and credit cards.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase loan disbursements and customer acquisition.
    • Identify and develop strong relationships with financial consultants, corporate partners, and channel partners.
    • Monitor competitors and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance-based incentives.
  • Track sales team performance through KPIs and ensure target achievement.
Requirements
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail loan sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Certifications: Preferably trained in banking, financial sales.
