Job description:Were looking for a proactive and client-focused Sales Account Manager with experience handling Global Clients (US & Europe regions) to join our dynamic team. If you're skilled in nurturing client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across international markets, this role is for you.Work Location: Chennai - NavalurWork Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PMRole & responsibilities- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts. - Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact. - Meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. - Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.Preferred candidate profile- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management. - Proven track record in handling US/ European clients or any other international accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. - Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones when needed.
