Our 800+ passionate teammates create their magic from our offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, Miami, and position shall be working on secretarial aspects including drafting, compliances, record keeping, etc.

In addition, would be working on the compliance operation and labour laws compliances.

The candidate is also required to be abreast of regulatory 5-6 years of experience in secretarial

- Qualified /Semi- qualified CS with 5-6 years of experience.

- Experience should cover Secretarial, FEMA compliances, etc.

- Preference to experience with PCS firm

Other Skills:

The individual should be detail oriented with through knowledge on law. He/ She must have good attention to detail, accuracy in output and high standards in deliverables.

- Self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and interpretation skills.

- Command on language and clarity in concepts.

- Attitude of taking ownership of tasks and assignment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
