Senior Manager – Visual Design, My11Circle, Games24x7.
Brand Leadership and Visual Strategy : You are the daily steward for the
My11Circle
– one of India’s leading and fasted growing fantasy sports brand in terms of shaping and guiding its visual presence across various platforms and touchpoints. You are leading that Visual Design function as part of the larger Brand Marketing and Design team for the My11Circle brand, setting the standard for visual design across various platforms and initiative. You craft and maintain a distinct visual identity for the brand, ensuring it is impressive, performant, and impacts business metrics.
Communication Design : You will have the critical responsibility of leading all communication design creation for My11Circle communication ecosystem as well as setting a foundational bar of excellence for Content Marketing and Performance Marketing. Your focus will be on directing and delivering high-quality, polished designs across various aspects of our media touchpoints (Digital, Mass Media and On-Ground).
Key areas of your work will include:
Consistency and brand alignment
across all design elements, contributing to a cohesive and attractive brand signature.
Integration of Motion and Interaction Design : Apply a sophisticated understanding of motion and interaction design to elevate graphic design elements in our ads enhancing user engagement and communication. Collaborate with a Motion Designer to transform static designs into dynamic, engaging animations, enriching the overall user experience.
Collaboration and Innovation : Maintain regular communication with the Brand and Campaign team, sharing insights and feedback to enhance the design language.
Create brand guidelines and consistently innovate
within the confines of brand guidelines to keep My11Circle visual language fresh and ahead of industry trends.
Team Leadership and Project Management:
Lead and inspire a small team of distributed designers, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence. Set processes to create a transparent and collaborative working culture. Prepare and maintain reports of overall assets created and delivered on campaign/series/monthly basis.
Manage multiple design projects,
ensuring they align with brand’s strategic goals and are delivered to the highest standards
Continuous Improvement:
Evangelise your knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to visual and graphic design.
Actively seek feedback from users and stakeholders
to iterate and improve designs based on insights and data.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Managers, Product Designers, Campaign Managers, Data Analysts, and Marketers to ensure alignment on concepts and implementation. Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Utilize Al and the latest graphic design technologies
to enhance efficiency and creativity in design production.
Key Requirements –
Prior experience with a strong portfolio of graphic design across online and offline media.Good understanding of digital mediums and App ecosystem.Prior experience of leading a design team.Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and Al tools.Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions.Proven work experience as a creative director or similar role with overall experience for 8-10 years.Graduation from premier design institutes/certification will be an added bonus.
