Brief Job Description- Daily quality check on all active social media platforms of Games24x7 (My11Circle and RummyCircle)- Documenting/Updating the SOPs and process changes in the social customer support- Hawkeye on the competitive landscape and coming up with ideas for engaging with the potential consumers.- Documenting in-app promotions of our competitors and sharing the same with the team.

What can they expect/learn?- Robust understanding of skilled gaming industry- Understanding the basics of Online Reputation Management (Social CRM)- Learning how to do effective secondary research- Hands on experience in understanding social media platforms and their role in brand management.

Note:This is a 6 months paid contractual role
