Customer Success Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue by effectively managing incoming queries, identifying potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Conversion:
- Extract maximum potential from incoming client queries by following a structured and effective calling process.
- Understand client requirements to convert queries into opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the Sales, Design and Operations functions to prioritise and nurture leads.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on client interactions and pipeline status.
- Track progress at each stage of the sales funnel and take proactive steps to move clients toward closure.
Process Adherence:
- Follow and refine the established sales processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance client engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
