Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Generalist with strong knowledge of cricket, fantasy sports, and iGaming. The ideal candidate will be an avid user of cricket fantasy apps such as Dream11, My11Circle, and familiar with platforms offering betting tips, casino games, and aviator games.

The Marketing Generalist will play a crucial role in shaping the voice of the brand, building campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple channels. You’ll work across app copy, social media, paid campaigns, and more, using your understanding of the fantasy sports and iGaming world to engage with the target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Develop compelling copy for apps, social media, engagement campaigns, and websites, tailored to the sports and gaming audience.
  • Craft persuasive, creative content that resonates with cricket and fantasy sports users.

Awareness Campaigns

  • Lead brand awareness campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting sports enthusiasts and potential users.
  • Leverage cricket events, fantasy sports trends, and gaming events for maximum engagement.

Paid Campaigns & Digital Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Explore and manage affiliate marketing opportunities to drive traffic and engagement.

Influencer Marketing

  • Collaborate with influencers, particularly in the sports and gaming niche, to promote the brand and drive organic engagement.
  • Build relationships with key cricket influencers, sports analysts, and content creators.

Engagement Campaigns

  • Create and manage engagement campaigns on Telegram, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms to foster community interaction and brand loyalty.
  • Design targeted campaigns to increase user retention and reactivation.

Campaign Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Use insights to iterate and improve both content and strategies continuously.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong knowledge of cricket, fantasy sports, and the iGaming industry, including familiarity with popular apps like Dream11, My11Circle, and betting tips platforms.
  • 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably with a focus on sports or gaming.
  • Experience in running paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and affiliate marketing.
  • Ability to create compelling, sports-oriented content that drives engagement.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and community building on platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
