If you are someone who thrives on enabling teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring delivery excellence at scale — we’d love to connect Location:Bangalore Experience:8–10 years About the Role As aDelivery Excellence Specialist, you will work closely with our business engagements to: Enhance customer experience through coaching, enablement, and fact-based decision-making. Drive visibility, repeatability, consistency, and predictability in delivery engagements. Lead practice-level initiatives that quantitatively improve delivery maturity and performance. Key Responsibilities Drive and implementISO 20Kpractices in line with theITIL framework. Enable and train teams on service management processes. Leadservice design, rollout, and enablement across practices. Conductengagement auditsand lead ISO 20K certification programs. Design and deployscorecards and dashboardsto measure service maturity. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Work with leadership to promoteself-organizing teamswithin an enterprise setup. Conduct trainings and drive service improvement initiatives. Present insights and performance updates to customers. What We’re Looking For 8–10 years’ experience inInfrastructure Managed ServicesandService Management(ITIL-based). Hands-on experience withITSM tools. Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Understanding ofIT infrastructure landscapesandcloud technologies. Self-driven, result-oriented, and innovative thinker. Preferred Skills Exposure toSix Sigma initiatives.
