Role Overview

As the Head of Product, you will lead our product strategy and execution, aligning with the company’s vision and goals. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will define the product roadmap, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead product development in the rapidly evolving field of GenAI.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Domain Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems to build innovative and impactful products.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Engage deeply with customers and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Metrics and Optimization: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML and SaaS to develop differentiated and market-leading solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in product management.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science or software engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading teams in a high-growth, dynamic startup environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious goals.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate insights into impactful product solutions.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
