We are looking for an Area Manager who can own up the outlet growth and P&L for a chain of branded food outlets. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of food distribution and outlet operations. You will work with the city operations head and help in prioritizing measures that will help improve both topline and bottomline for the outlets, while ensuring smooth operations of your area's outlets. You will observe, record, and report various operational metrics for your team of supervisors - outlet hygiene, operator efficiency, operating hours, sales and expenses. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of outlets assigned to the team
  • Build, track and review supervisors’ key performance indicators
  • Maintain and work on improving SOPs for logistics and outlet operations
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction indicators for assigned outlets - Google reviews, Delivery platform reviews etc.
  • Set up and monitor the process for outlet audits
  • Maintain accurate tracking of costs and operational efficiency for assigned outlets
  • Work with a target-led approach to create definitive and measurable growth
  • Responsible for hiring and training of supervisors and outlet operators


Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of work experience in F&B store operations – preferably in the QSR space
  • Graduation/Post Graduation (Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management is an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in computer usage – Excel, PPT & MS Word
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
  • Team management experience of 1-2 years preferable
  • Must be a numbers person
  • Must be ok with extensive travel within the city
