Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at one of The Human Circle's Client for Gujarat >>> HQ Surat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing a sales team, developing strategies to drive distribution, sales promoton activities, revenue growth, and maintaining customer relationships (Distributor, Retailers, Modern Trade Retailer, Key accounts). This role will involve overseeing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with senior management to achieve sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Generation skills
  • Team Leadership and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's & Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
