Role Overview:


The Founder’s Office - Operations & Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the founder across various functions, ensuring seamless operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective influencer collaborations. This is a freelance role based in Bangalore, offering the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a D2C brand operates.


Key Responsibilities:


Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with different departments (e.g., logistics, product development) to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Implement and manage operational systems and procedures.

Customer Support:

  • Manage customer support channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain customer support protocols and FAQs.
  • Gather customer feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.

Influencer Management:

  • Identify and engage with influencers that align with Fawwnity’s brand values.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, including negotiation, content planning, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns to ensure brand visibility and engagement.

Project Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing strategic projects across various departments.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Provide regular updates to the founder on project progress.

Strategy & Business Development:

  • Support the founder in strategic decision-making by conducting research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.
  • Assist in the development of business plans and growth strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand expansion and partnerships.

General Administrative Support:

  • Manage the founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise.


Qualifications:


  • Open to fresh college graduates
  • Interest in operations, customer support, influencer management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with the D2C or skincare industry
  • Proficiency in project management tools and customer support platforms.
