We are seeking a skilled and analytical Chemical Engineer to design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for the efficient, safe, and sustainable production of products. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for conducting research, scaling up processes from lab to plant, solving technical problems, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams in production, quality, safety, and R&D to deliver process improvements and innovation.

• Design, develop, and implement chemical processes for production and scale-up, including selecting equipment and defining process parameters.
• Analyze existing processes to improve safety, efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness. Apply continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ensure processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, REACH). Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols.
• Collect and analyze process data, perform troubleshooting, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Lead or support engineering projects including capital expansions, process improvements, and technology transfers.
• Work with plant teams to specify, install, and maintain chemical processing equipment. Provide ongoing technical support to operations.
• Work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure successful implementation of engineering solutions.
• Minimize environmental impact by reducing emissions, waste, and energy usage in chemical processes.
