Job Title Quality Assurance Executive Company AUSTRO CARBON PRIVATE LIMITED Location Thoothukudi Company Overview At Austro Carbon our goal is to deliver high-quality sustainable activated carbon solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients worldwide We are committed to maintaining high standards of quality sustainability and innovation with coconut shells as a primary raw material and wood serving as an additional sustainable source for activated carbon production Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that our activated carbon products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards The ideal candidate will have a background in chemistry or chemical engineering with hands-on experience in quality control processes analytical testing and documentation This role involves close coordination with production R D and lab teams to maintain consistent product quality support audits and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process NOTE Only individuals with hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of activated carbon are eligible to apply Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain QA QC procedures and documentation in compliance with ISO and industry standards Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality consistency Monitor raw material quality and work closely with the procurement and production teams to address any deviations Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and standardization Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and lead corrective preventive actions CAPA Coordinate with production R D and external labs for quality testing and analysis Prepare and maintain quality records COAs and relevant regulatory documentation Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with customer and statutory requirements Qualifications Educational Background B Sc M Sc in Chemistry Graduate Experience Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control preferably in activated carbon chemical or process industries Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of QA QC methodologies and analytical techniques specific to activated carbon such as iodine number surface area BET ash content hardness moisture pH etc Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems Hands-on experience with lab equipment and analytical instruments Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with a methodical approach to testing and documentation Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks NOTE Candidates must possess a strong understanding and hands-on experience with activated carbon including its properties applications and processing techniques Interested candidates are invited to send their resumes to Livingstonesamuelxz gmail com or phone 917639610202 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 4 years Required Work Location In person
