What do we do?The Souled Store is one India’s fastest growing youth focused lifestyle brand. We started in 2013 as a homegrown Indian brand and today we are one of the largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figures, backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswearAlthough we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 58 stores across India with plans for expansion pan India.The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. If you identify with what we do and are interested in being a part of an aggressively growing brand, we would love to have you on board.Key responsibilities:- 1-2 years of experience in managing retail and last mile delivery functions for any ecommerce - brand or platform. - Responsible for handling entire retail operation and warehouse middle mile and last mile operation. - Should be able to Drive the logistics performance, Deliveries and Service level. - Track and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Must have a knowledge of Invoicing & E-waybill - Inventory closing of any Inventory movement happens between Stores & Warehouses. - Strong holding and detailed person, able to take strong follow up with stores, Logistics, Warehouse and between the teams. - Experience on Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets. - Making MIS reports and circulating to respective and other departments. - Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational - metrics and reportsRequirements:- Knowledge of ERP/WMS like (Vinculum) will be added advantage and Preferred. - Great communication and followup - Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint) - Able to and willingness to learn of the TSS culture , gain product knowledge and use itNote : Our hiring team will review your application and should we find your background to be a fit for this role, we will be in touch.
