- Job Description:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant, to handle all legal matters pertaining to real estate transactions, land acquisition, redevelopment and property compliance in Mumbai, Maharashtra.- Responsibilities:- Drafting and Vetting: Sales Deeds, Development Agreement (Joint Ventures, JDA), MOUs, NDAs, Lease Deeds. - RERA compliance: Registrations, project updates, agreement formats as per RERA norms. - Liaising with external advocates, consultants, and clients. - Maintaining legal records, contracts and case files. - Providing general legal and administrative support to management.- Requirements:- LLB - mandatory, LL.M - preferably in Property Law/Real Estate Law/Business Law (optional but desirable). - Strong drafting and negotiation skills. - 5-10 years' experience in property/real estate legal work preferred. - Familiarity with Companies Act, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act and Registration Act. - Ability to liaise with Chartered Accountants and Architects for compliance related matters - Experience in handling joint development/redevelopment projects.- Location: Khar, Mumbai, Maharashtra. - Website: https://satgurubuilders.in/ - Employment Type: Full-time
