Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Strategy:

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales of QCare Extended Warranty Plans on Amazon. • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies to improve performance.

• Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, such as launching new plans or expanding into new markets.

• Monitor competitors to ensure competitive positioning of products.

Product Management & Optimization:

• Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, pricing, and imagery.

• Optimize SEO for product pages to enhance discoverability on Amazon.

• Regularly audit listings for compliance with Amazon policies and ensure alignment with Qdigi’s standards.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Plan and execute Amazon-specific promotions, deals, and campaigns to boost visibility and sales. • Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling content and creatives for promotions.

Stakeholder Management: • Collaborate with category managers to explore growth opportunities and resolve operational issues. • Act as the primary point of contact for ecommerce-related activities and initiatives.

Customer Experience & Feedback:

• Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing concerns promptly to maintain a positive reputation.

• Work with the service team to ensure smooth claims processing and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Track and report on key performance metrics such as sales, attach rates, and campaign ROI.

• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve performance.


Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.


Experience:

•Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing E-commerce operations, preferably on Amazon & Flipkart.

• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing management, and campaign optimization. • Excellent analytical skills with experience in using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or other reporting platforms.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
