Ecommerce Marketing Specialist


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility on Amazon India.
  • Search Advertising: Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads. Optimize budgets, keywords, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Data Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, make informed decisions, and refine marketing efforts.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, ecommerce best practices, and Amazon platform updates to proactively adjust strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, key trends, and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements & Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in ecommerce marketing, ideally in an Amazon or similar online retail environment.
  • Familiarity with Helium 10 or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian ecommerce landscape, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving business objectives.
