POSITION /TITLE: DIGITAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Digilogue Communications (www.digilogues.com) is a 15-year-old digital publishing and communications service. We operate in the space of owned media, creating and publishing text, video, graphic and software content for client-owned platforms and accounts online, including in social media, long form and short form online publishing platforms and video and audio content.
We are looking for a Digital Account Executive who will be accountable for leading and overseeing all aspects of the agency's digital operations, including strategy development, client management, team coordination, and business development. You will be also responsible for building the quarterly sales funnel. You will drive the agency's digital vision, ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. This role requires a sound understanding of all platforms and basic understanding of all technologies, including new AI tools. The role would include engaging with third parties, influencers, broadcasters
It is essential to have experience in working with brands in the digital space over an extended period of time and ability to spot opportunities, create presentations, make presentations and pitch ideas to the client. You should be able to work with clients on their programs and expand existing relationships while also acquiring business.
Since we are in the owned media space, it is important to have a sound understanding of issues, news, complex developments and online platforms.
LOCATION: GURGAON
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in client servicing, business development, team management, and project management.
Understanding of systems and processes
Have a strong background in building sales funnel
Strong understanding of brands, brand values and brand product development
Understanding of storytelling for brands
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, analytics, strategies, and tactics, with experience across multiple channels and platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
