Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director - Digital to join our team. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing high-impact digital marketing campaigns and delivering outstanding results. The Account Director - Digital will spearhead client relationships, oversee the development and execution of digital strategies, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary digital strategist for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results across multiple digital channels.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the creation and execution of integrated digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor digital account teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Mavericks remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Crisis Management: Provide strategic counsel and support during digital crises, helping clients navigate challenges and protect their online reputations.
  • Business Development: Lead new business opportunities within the digital space, contributing to the growth and success of Mavericks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or related field, with a proven track record of managing high-impact digital campaigns and delivering results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital strategies and presentations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
