Responsibilities:

 

Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as needed.

Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.

Meeting Coordination:

Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Director, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by the Director.

Maintain organized filing systems, both electronically and physically, to ensure easy access to documents and information.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.

Act as a liaison between the Director and other departments, providing information and facilitating communication as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
