Greetings from TCSWe are hiring Experienced Professionals for the role of Supplier Development / Purchasing / Supplier Quality AnalystDesired Experience Range - 4-12 YrsLocation of Requirement - BangaloreDesired Competencies -• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.• Proficient in Excel and capable of working with large datasets.• Strong attention to detail, written communication, and task management.• Familiarity with supplier relationships or automotive manufacturing a plus.Good-to-Have - Experience in two wheeler industry, SAP ExperienceExpectations from the Role -1Compile monthly debit packages per the warranty program requirements, based on warranty data and supplier allocation.Process and track supplier part return requests, ensuring traceability and timely response from suppliers.Respond to supplier inquiries regarding debit data, part requests, and claim details.Maintain organized documentation of claim status, communication logs, and credit tracking.Support cross-functional meetings with suppliers by preparing data summaries.Escalate unresolved data or part issues to the team lead or supervisor.Responsible for negotiation, contract management and change managementMeasuring quality, cost, and delivery performance of all suppliers which includes RFx Management, Price Finalization and Logistics and Quality support.2Conduct PPAP planning with SuppliersWork Closely all Product Deviation notice and work for resolutionsSupplier Process audit and report documentation.Recommendations for areas of supplier focus.Generally Sheetmetal, Plastic and Rubber components3Clear and concise written and verbal communication.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work independently and collaborate across global time zones.Cultural sensitivity when dealing with international suppliers and internal teams.Other pertinent activities as required.
