Ltd. is a fast-growing precision component manufacturer specializing in transmission parts such as pins, bushes, and splined components for leading tractor OEMs (TAFE, SAME DEUTZ, VST) and construction equipment manufacturers (Doosan Bobcat, Bull Machines, XCMG).We focus on quality, cost, and delivery excellence and are expanding our leadership & core functional teams.Languages to be know for all openings : TAMIL / ENGLISH1️⃣ Position: Supplier Quality HeadLocation: ChennaiIndustry Experience: Must be from auto-component manufacturingExperience Required: 12 – 15 yearsQualification: Diploma/BE – Mechanical/Production/AutomobileKey Responsibilities:- Manage, audit & develop outsourced machining (CNC turning) and heat-treatment vendors - Implement and monitor supplier quality systems (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans) - Drive root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions (8D / Why-Why) - Lead supplier improvement, scrap reduction & quality enhancement programs - Support new vendor development & ensure feasibility, sample approval, and ramp-up qualitySkills Needed:- Strong technical understanding of machining & heat treatment - Deep knowledge of IATF/ISO practices and quality tools - Excellent vendor negotiation, monitoring, and communication abilitySalary Package : 7.00LPA-7.50LPA
