We focus on quality, cost, and delivery excellence and are expanding our leadership & core functional teams.Languages to be know for all openings : TAMIL / ENGLISH1️⃣ Position: Supplier Quality HeadLocation:Chennai Industry Experience:Must be from auto-component manufacturing Experience Required:12 – 15 years Qualification:Diploma/BE – Mechanical/Production/AutomobileKey Responsibilities: Manage, audit & develop outsourced machining (CNC turning) and heat-treatment vendors Implement and monitor supplier quality systems (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans) Drive root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions (8D / Why-Why) Lead supplier improvement, scrap reduction & quality enhancement programs Support new vendor development & ensure feasibility, sample approval, and ramp-up quality Skills Needed: Strong technical understanding of machining & heat treatment Deep knowledge of IATF/ISO practices and quality tools Excellent vendor negotiation, monitoring, and communication abilitySalary Package : 7.00LPA-7.50LPA
