Strategist - Sales
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Strategist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will leverage market insights and sales data to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and drive overall business goals.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance skills and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, preferably in [industry/sector].
