Job Description
As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key e-commerce clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals and challenges while providing effective digital marketing solutions. You will coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as creative and technical, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of deliverables as per the client contracts. You must possess strong analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude with great attention to detail. If you are a growth-oriented leader with a passion for user experience and a deep understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key e-commerce clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention by aligning business objectives with our digital marketing services.
- Plan and execute campaigns for e-commerce clients on Amazon and other platforms, optimizing Sponsored Campaigns and managing performance metrics such as SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Meet sales and profitability targets on Amazon and relevant marketplaces, achieve revenue KPIs, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and develop strategic plans to meet Growth Marketing Solution milestones while effectively communicating them to clients.
- Collaborate closely with creative and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery, proactively resolving project issues and providing timely feedback to clients.
- Utilize industry tools to analyze campaign performance, generate insightful reports, stay updated with e-commerce and digital marketing trends, and drive initiatives to enhance brand presence and maximize revenue on digital platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce company.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, with relevant certifications from HubSpot, Google, Amazon, Amazon DSP, and Meta.
