You’ll lead a team of three recruiters and work closely with senior management to anticipate organizational needs, align hiring priorities, and ensure a consistent pipeline of top talent across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Administration, and Manufacturing. This role calls for astrategic yet hands-on leaderwho combines deep recruitment expertise with strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building world-class teams.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and developa team of 3 recruiters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Own the company’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce plans. Partner with senior leadership and department headsto forecast hiring needs and define long-term talent priorities. Design and execute strategic sourcing frameworksacross multiple channels — including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional communities. Drive excellence in hiring quality, speed, and candidate experiencethrough process optimization and structured assessments. Establish recruitment analytics and KPIs, monitoring key metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and retention. Oversee compliance, background verification, and due diligenceto maintain hiring integrity. Develop succession and talent pipelinesfor critical and senior-level roles across business units. Champion employer branding initiatives, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the market. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processesfor efficiency, scalability, and innovation.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum15 years of total experiencein full-cycle recruitment, with10+ years in leadership or people management roles. Proven success in leading recruitment teams and delivering on high-impact hiring goals. Strong expertise innon-IT and business function hiringacross multiple domains. Demonstrated experience withstructured, data-driven hiring practicesand modern ATS systems. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with operational agility and a results-driven mindset. Deep commitment to quality, compliance, and candidate experience.
