Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, client performance, and market trends .

  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting models for management.

  • Track and monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue performance .

  • Support business development teams with data-driven insights for client acquisition .

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies with L&D offerings.

  • Analyze customer segments and recommend cross-selling/up-selling opportunities .

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales enablement materials .

  • Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports .

  • Ensure accuracy of sales data in CRM/ERP systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.) .

  • Identify gaps in sales processes and suggest improvements for efficiency .



Requirements Required Skill Sets

  • Strong knowledge of sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting .

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools .

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) .

  • Good understanding of Learning & Development industry offerings (training, e-learning, coaching, etc.) .

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills .

  • Ability to prepare and present MIS reports and executive dashboards .

  • Knowledge of sales funnel metrics and business KPIs .

Requirements
