About the Job:

- As the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will play a critical role in managing a team of Accounts Executives while overseeing administrative and finance tasks related to customer invoicing, queries, payments, and cash allocation for the Civica Group.

- Reporting directly to the Head of Finance (Centre of Excellence), you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company KPIs and SLAs, and driving timely completion of Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and support Accounts Receivable Executives, helping them improve their skills through training and development.

- Cash Allocation: Manage the group's cash allocation function, ensuring timely completion in line with business deadlines and SLAs.

- Customer Data Management: Approve new customer setups, manage data amendments, and ensure accuracy in the accounting system.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal processes, SLAs, and audit regulations.

- Invoice Management: Drive the timely submission of invoices to customer online portals, and take ownership of new portal setups.

- Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle various additional tasks as required within the scope of the role.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable finance functions.

- Proven experience in team management and mentoring.

- MBA, Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Ability to engage with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues effectively.

- Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Solid work ethic and commitment to excellence
