This role goes beyond traditional HR functions—you'll be instrumental in building our talent pipeline, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, and creating a positive workplace environment. As our HR Assistant, you'll work directly with leadership and our research team, gaining exposure to the unique intersection of HR operations in a cutting-edge AI research environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup atmosphere and wants to make a tangible impact on organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support – Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboardingAdministrative Operations – Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordinate with our Chartered Accountant to streamline GST, TDS filings, and other compliance processesCustomer Support – Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely support and ensuring positive employee experienceOffice Management – Oversee daily office operations, including opening and closing the office premisesWhat We're Looking For:Currently residing in IndoreStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with ability to handle confidential informationProficiency in MS Office and HR softwarePrior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferredWhy Join Neural Nurture?At Neural Nurture, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced researchers specializing in ML, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
