Job Title: IT Hardware Sales Executive / Manager (Government Sector)Location:Delhi / NCR Experience Required:4 to 5 Years Industry:IT / Hardware Sales (Government & PSU Sector) Budget –8lpa to 10lpaAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and result-orientedIT Hardware Sales Professionalto drive business growth in theGovernment and PSU sector . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling government accounts, knowledge of tendering processes, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets for IT hardware products and solutions.Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities withGovernment Departments, PSUs, and Educational Institutions . Handle thecomplete sales cycle— from lead generation and RFP/RFQ response to closure and post-sales coordination. Maintain strong relationships with procurement officials, system integrators, and OEM partners. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical support, and timely delivery of products. Understand government procurement portals (e.g.,GeM, CPPP ) and tender documentation. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Maintain and update the sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer databases. Stay up to date with new government projects, IT procurement trends, and vendor empanelments.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degreein Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Electronics;MBA 4–5 yearsof experience inIT hardware sales , preferably in thegovernment sector . Strong understanding ofservers, storage, networking, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Familiarity withOEMs like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, HPE, etc. Good knowledge ofgovernment tendering, empanelment, and rate contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of assigned sales targets. Number of new government accounts acquired. Tender participation and success rate. Customer satisfaction and retention levels. Revenue growth from existing accounts.
