**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable hardware solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide pre
- and post-sales support.
**Market Analysis and Strategy**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the management team.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of sold products.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hardware or technology products.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B hardware sales.
- Knowledge of hardware brands and industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, HP, Dell).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
