Manager Finance Vapi Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations for our upcoming manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, compliance, cost control, and ensuring efficient financial management of the Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control manufacturing cost.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Design Product and process costing in ERP.

- Establish and manage financial policies, procedures, and controls for the factory.

- Overseeing Inventory Levels, Stock Valuation, and variances.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.

- Ensure Vendor Management, Local Payments and receivable.

- Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to align financial objectives.

- Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, Internal Auditors and regulatory Qualifications & Skills:

- CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in finance in a manufacturing setup.

- Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial modelling, and compliance.

- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
