Position Overview:

As a PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, customization, and integration, along with experience in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to understand client needs and objectives
  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions using PeopleSoft HCM modules and tools
  • Customize and configure PeopleSoft HCM applications to meet client-specific requirements
  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft interfaces, integrations, and data conversions
  • Write and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, and SQR reports
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing of PeopleSoft solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft releases, patches, and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • X+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM technical consulting and implementation
  • Strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR for PeopleSoft development
  • Experience with PeopleSoft data structures, integration technologies, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft security administration, roles, and permissions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
