Job Overview:

Sirahu Technologies seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Product Manager to join our product management team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of SaaS products, UI/UX design, data analytics, and the ability to document requirements and solutions clearly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop roadmaps, and help deliver features that delight our users, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and product usability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Roadmap & Strategy: Assist in the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
  • BRD & Documentation: Develop clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to communicate product features, functionalities, and user stories across teams.
  • UI/UX Design: Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless and user-friendly UI/UX design, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
  • Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to track product performance, gather insights, and drive data-informed decisions to enhance the user experience and product features.
  • AI Integration: Work with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into the product, ensuring AI features align with user needs and business goals.
  • Solution Documentation: Write and maintain clear solution documentation, ensuring seamless handovers and clarity for development teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities.
  • User Feedback & Iteration: Gather user feedback, perform usability testing, and use that information to continuously iterate on the product.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Tools & Skills:
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX design.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics tools to track and evaluate product performance.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to integrate them into products.
  • Documentation: Strong ability to create BRD (Business Requirement Documents), solution documents, and user stories.
  • Product Roadmap: Experience with creating and managing product roadmaps and agile product development cycles.
  • UI/UX Understanding: Experience in UI/UX design principles, user journey mapping, and working with design teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities to assess product performance and gather actionable insights from data.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work across various departments in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS product management and AI integration.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Certification in Product Management or UX/UI design is a plus.


Job Location:

  • This is an on-site position based at our Madurai office. Candidates are expected to work from the office.
