Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a State Head - Affordable Home Loan (Sales) based in Telangana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, expanding our market presence, and driving significant business growth in the affordable housing segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends in Telangana.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the affordable home loan segment in Telangana, identifying and evaluating new market opportunities.
  • Sales Team Management: Build and establish a high-performing sales team from scratch, including Assistant Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Managers (SMs), and provide effective leadership, guidance, and motivation.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Liaise with senior management at the Corporate Office, providing regular updates on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in building and leading sales teams from scratch.
  • Affordable Housing Finance: Extensive experience in the affordable housing finance sector.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Telangana real estate market.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
