About the RoleThis is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Telangana. As State Head - Affordable Home Loan (Sales), you will build and lead a high-performing sales team, expand our market presence, and drive significant business growth in the affordable housing segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the affordable home loan segment in Telangana.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, creating and executing launch strategies.
- Build and establish our presence in untapped markets within the state.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Build a high-performing sales team from scratch, including Assistant Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Managers (SMs).
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proven experience in building and leading sales teams from scratch.
- Extensive experience in the affordable housing finance sector.
- Strong understanding of the Telangana real estate market.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and driven.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
