We're Hiring: Client Success Manager – Digital Marketing (Lead Gen Clients)
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Work Hours: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Full-time, Work from Office)
Salary: ₹50,000–₹70,000/month (based on experience)
About PurplesoftPurplesoft is a leading digital marketing agency helping businesses grow across Australia and beyond. We specialize in Google Ads for service-based businesses — roofing, masonry, and other home improvement trades. Our focus is simple: deliver consistent leads and keep our clients successful long term.
The RoleWe're looking for a Client Success Manager who will be the main point of contact for our clients. You'll focus on communication, relationship management, and expectation setting — while all technical campaign work is handled by our ads team. Your responsibility is to coordinate between clients and the tech team, making sure clients always feel informed and supported.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Run regular check-ins to update clients on progress (no technical execution required)
- Coordinate with our ads specialists to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Address client concerns quickly and clearly
- Handle client onboarding, renewals, and basic account management
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
- Act as the friendly, reliable face of Purplesoft for clients
- 2–4 years in a digital marketing or advertising agency (mandatory)
- Strong grasp of lead-generation metrics (clicks, leads, CPL, ROI) — enough to explain at a high level
- Excellent communication & follow-up skills
- Calm, professional, and organized when handling client concerns
- Experience managing service-industry clients is a strong plus
- Work from our office in Nungambakkam, Chennai
