Job Purpose



  • · · We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Czar/Analyst to oversee our enterprise data management in our CRM and various other related finance and billing systems. Candidate is responsible for overseeing our data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring the integrity and precision of data. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to gather insights that drive strategic business decisions across sales, billing, and finance functions.
  • · The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality and standards of our ‘Lead to Order’ [L2O] and Order to Cash [O2C] data management processes and further drive data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.
  • · He/She/Him/Her will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining data quality for lead nurturing, sales order processing, and order fulfillment activities.

Key Responsibilities



  • · · They will have a high regard for data first attitude and be a blackbelt in data first strategy.
  • · Have a QA/QC mindset to ensuring we are always trying to seek new higher ground for data quality.
  • · Collaborate and push with sales, billing, finance, legal and marketing teams to understand data needs and challenges and offer solutions that ensure data connectedness across the organization within CRM and other related billing and other systems. Push each group to raise their data integrity with salesforce where they touch the database.
  • · Recommends process improvements to optimize the lead-to-cash workflow based on data analysis and performs audits and data checkpoints for our enterprise data within CRM and various other related systems.
  • · Deploy statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights to various leadership, management, and various functional stakeholders.
  • · Collaborate with the Senior and Mid-level management team to determine and rank / prioritize the Data needs of different business units for actionable insights and to further align business and informational priorities.
  • · Analyze our sales, billing, and finance data related requirements i.e., lead-to-cash data management to identify and rectify inconsistencies and spot inaccuracies.
  • · Identify opportunities for CRM process enhancements and other related systems. Rigorous data audits will be required for always ensuring data integrity.
  • · Develop and implement data quality control measures to ensure data integrity throughout the customer lifecycle for entire lead-to-cash data management.
  • · Convery insights via. creating reports and dashboards to visualize data quality trends and insights using various data analytics tools.
  • · Ensure how this data is automated within CRM for better automated UI/UX and ensuring data in centrally stored in our CRM and less offline.
  • · Critical responsibility will be to implement data governance strategies, establishing higher data quality standards, and driving a data-centric culture within the organization.
  • · Strong understanding of business analysis principles to understand our As-Is/To-Be CRM environment and the ability to bridge the gap between business and enterprise data related requirements across functions.
  • · This role involves monitoring, assessing, and improving the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our enterprise data and act as a custodian for the same.
  • · Support CRM process and keeping salesforce.com up to date by Detecting, examining, and decoding trends or patterns within intricate datasets.
  • · Cleanse data and scrutinize CRM generated reports and outputs to identify and rectify coding errors and circle back with feedback to CRM product team for improvisation.
  • · Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes.
  • · Ability to develop and document procedures and workflows for CRM database and should be able to conduct data quality control, validation, and linkage to various other systems.
  • Key Competencies
  • · Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration, Information Technology or a related field. Any postgraduate or advanced degree preferred. Additional certifications on data analytics is a plus.
  • · Proven experience in data management, preferably in a CRM environment and other related sales and billing systems.
  • · Strong understanding of Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes within CRM focusing on sales cloud.
  • · Proficiency in data integration, data quality management, and data analytics tools for critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
  • · Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness.
  • · Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Advance Excel, SPSS, SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R will be helpful and additional hands-on Power BI and Tableau experience will be preferred.
  • · Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • · Effective communication and collaboration abilities required given the nature of work will involve dealing with senior and mid-senior management of the firm across business functions.
  • · Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices will be an added advantage.
  • · Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.
