Key Responsibilities:


•Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote real estate properties.

•Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed property information.

•Appointment Scheduling: Arrange property viewings and meetings between clients and sales agents.

•Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the company’s CRM system.

•Feedback Collection: Gather and document client feedback to assist in improving services and offerings.

Market Awareness and Competitive Analysis:

•Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitive properties, and pricing fluctuations to provide accurate, up-to-date information to clients.

•Understand competitor offerings and industry best practices in order to effectively position the company’s properties.

•Be prepared to discuss key selling points relevant to the local real estate market, adding value to the client’s decision-making process.


Additional Qualifications


•Experience in Real Estate: Prior experience in real estate sales or telecalling is highly desirable. Familiarity with the industry can enhance communication with clients, increase the efficiency of lead conversion, and provide insight into market trends and client preferences.

•Tech-Savvy Abilities: Comfortable using CRM software, databases, and digital communication tools to manage client information and track lead status.
